Marketing and Sales Executive

Position Overview

Saheli Jewellers is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Marketing & Sales Executive to promote our brand, increase footfall, and drive showroom sales. The role involves both field and in-store activities, requiring strong communication and customer engagement skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Customer Engagement

• Drive showroom sales by engaging with walk-in customers and converting inquiries into sales.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Support billing coordination and after-sales follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.

Marketing & Promotion

• Plan and execute local marketing activities to increase brand visibility and showroom footfall.
• Coordinate promotional campaigns, exhibitions, festive offers, and in-store events.
• Assist in basic digital marketing initiatives such as WhatsApp promotions, customer outreach, and social media coordination (if required).

Market Outreach & Lead Generation

• Conduct field marketing activities including local tie-ups, referrals, and community engagement.
• Identify new sales opportunities and contribute to lead generation efforts.

Reporting & Coordination

• Maintain daily sales and lead reports and share updates with management.
• Coordinate with showroom staff, back-office, and management for smooth operations.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate or equivalent qualification preferred.
• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or retail (jewellery or lifestyle industry preferred).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Presentable personality with customer-focused approach.
• Willingness to work retail hours, weekends, and festive seasons.

• Fixed salary of ₹16,000 – ₹25,000 per month (based on experience)
