Role Overview:
Ignify Solutions seeks a driven Marketing Sales Coordinator with strong school admissions knowledge to support sales, admissions, marketing, vendor management, operations, and recruitment activities for educational institutions in Mumbai and Thane.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support sales teams with lead management, follow-ups, and progress tracking for school admissions and business targets.
• Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and events to enhance school visibility and student enrollment.
• Assist with school admission drives, open houses, and event planning (school admissions experience required).
• Train and support tele callers and counselors, improving conversion rates and efficient handling of parent inquiries/objections.
• Liaise with vendors and agencies for promotional materials, advertising, and digital campaigns.
• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders.
• Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates and school teams.
• Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new staff members.
• Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, founders, vendors, and partners.
• Travel to different school locations for campaign and operations support as needed.
• Assist founders with travel, calendar management, meetings, confidential correspondence, and general administrative support.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, operations, school management, or executive assistance.
• School admissions knowledge is mandatory.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask, work independently, and resolve problems proactively.
• Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools preferred.
• Willingness to travel across Mumbai and Thane.

Job Type: Full-time (Work from home, Mumbai-based)
Benefits: Cell phone reimbursement, Commission pay, Flexible schedule (Monday to Friday, weekend availability)
Experience: Total work – 2 years (Required); Project coordination – 1 year (Required)

Work Location: Remote and on site
