Job Overview: Key Responsibilities: Sales Coordination & Marketing Support: Support the sales team with lead management, follow-ups, and progress tracking to help achieve enrollment and business targets. Coordinate and execute marketing strategies and promotional campaigns to enhance school visibility and admissions. Liaise with vendors for promotional materials, advertising, and digital campaigns. Assist schools in planning admission drives, events, and open houses. Admissions & Operations Support: Support admissions teams in meeting enrollment goals and implementing a structured admissions process. Train telecallers and counselors to improve conversion rates and handle parent objections efficiently. Oversee daily operations at school branches, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, vendors, and other stakeholders. Maintain accurate records and handle administrative and backend work as guided by senior management. Hiring & Recruitment Coordination: Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per school requirements. Schedule interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and school hiring teams. Assist schools in their training and onboarding of new staff members. Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors for timely delivery of marketing materials and school support services. Build and maintain strong relationships with school administrators, founders, and key stakeholders. Travel & On-Ground Support: Travel to different school locations for marketing campaigns, events, and operations support as required. Personal Assistant to Founders: Manage founders’ calendars, emails, and travel schedules. Coordinate meetings and prepare briefings and materials for engagements. Handle confidential correspondence and administrative tasks for the founders. Assist with personal errands and tasks as required to support founders’ day-to-day priorities. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field. 2+ years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, operations, school management, HR, or executive assistance.
