Job Description

As a Marketing and Sales Coordinator for Ignify Solutions Pvt. Ltd., your role involves supporting sales, admissions, marketing, vendor management, operations, and recruitment activities for educational institutions in Mumbai and Thane. You will play a crucial part in lead management, marketing strategies, school admission drives, training tele callers and counselors, liaising with vendors, overseeing branch operations, screening resumes, onboarding new staff, and building relationships with stakeholders. Key Responsibilities: - Support sales teams with lead management, follow-ups, and progress tracking for school admissions and business targets. - Coordinate and execute marketing strategies, promotional campaigns, and events to enhance school visibility and student enrollment. - Assist with school admission drives, open houses, and event planning (school admissions experience required). - Train and support tele callers and counselors, improving conversion rates and efficient handling of parent inquiries/objections. - Liaise with vendors and agencies for promotional materials, advertising, and digital campaigns. - Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth coordination between all stakeholders. - Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and communicate with candidates and school teams. - Facilitate onboarding and training processes for new staff members. - Build and maintain relationships with school administrators, founders, vendors, and partners. - Travel to different school locations for campaign and operations support as needed. - Assist founders with travel, calendar management, meetings, confidential correspondence, and general administrative support. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, HR, or a related field. - Minimum 2 years of experience in sales coordination, marketing, operations, school management, or executive assistance. - School admissions knowledge is mandatory. - Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills. - Ability to multitask, work independently, and resolve problems proactively. - Proficiency in MS Office and digital marketing tools preferred. - Willingness to travel across Pan India.
