Job description Position: Marketing & Communications Intern - Freshers Only Duration: 6 months | Stipend: As per industry standards | Start Date: Immediate About the Role We are looking for a proactive and articulate Marketing & Communications Intern who is eager to immerse themselves in the world of digital marketing, client communications, and brand storytelling. This role demands a high level of ownership, interpersonal finesse, and digital savviness, as you will be the first point of contact for new clients, manage ongoing marketing projects, and support social media execution across diverse domains, including content marketing and strategic travel planning. Key Responsibilities Client Communication & Relationship Management Initiate and respond to communications with prospective clients via LinkedIn, email, and messaging tools Coordinate onboarding for new clients and facilitate smooth handoffs to internal teams Maintain regular follow-ups, ensuring clarity, responsiveness, and brand professionalism in every interaction Project Coordination & Execution Manage project timelines, deliverables, and dependencies with clarity and precision Support brief creation, meeting documentation, and internal coordination with writers, designers, or travel planners Maintain and update project trackers and weekly reports Social Media & Digital Presence Assist in content planning, writing captions, scheduling posts, and driving engagement across LinkedIn and Instagram Conduct research on social media trends, hashtags, and competitor strategies for content enhancement Help in community engagement by replying to comments, DMs, and initiating conversations Ideal Candidate Profile Strong verbal and written communication skills (Fluency in English is a must) A flair for digital storytelling, client rapport building, and creative expression Well-organized with a knack for multitasking and deadline adherence Social media literate - knows their way around Canva, Instagram, LinkedIn, and basic scheduling tools A keen learner who is adaptable, detail-oriented, and able to take initiative with minimal supervision Preferred Background Pursuing or completed a degree in Mass Communication, Marketing, English, or related fields Prior internship or freelance experience in digital marketing, social media, or client servicing would be a plus What You’ll Gain First-hand exposure to marketing and communication strategies across two growing brands A portfolio of real-world experience in B2B content marketing and B2C travel content One-on-one mentorship from senior marketing professionals Certificate of internship and potential recommendation letters upon successful completion Show more Show less
