Job Description

Develop and execute comprehensive campaign strategies to drive pipeline and revenue.
Plan, launch, and optimize advanced LinkedIn campaigns, including Sponsored Content, InMail, Dynamic Ads, Text Ads, Conversation, Lead Gen, and Retargeting.
Build and refine ICP-based audience lists through research, segmentation, and keyword targeting.
Conduct keyword and audience research to build and refine ICP account lists.
Analyze metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPV, CPL, CPA, and ROI using LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Google Analytics, and Salesforce.
Report insights clearly and regularly, recommending data-driven optimizations.
Manage TOFU-to-BOFU campaigns, set up nurture cadences, and track engagement to revenue.
Liaise with wider lead-gen teams to ensure lead hygiene in Salesforce and collaborate closely with content and design teams to produce compelling ad materials.
Share learnings and best practices across global teams to improve overall performance and stay ahead of platform updates, trends, and tools to keep the company's paid social strategy competitive.
Identify opportunities to integrate LinkedIn efforts with SEO, content marketing, and email campaigns.
