Market & User Intelligence Analyst for AI Product

Location: Bangalore, India

Salary range: 1200-1500 USD/Month plus Bonus package.

About the Role

Oak&Titanium is seeking an AI Strategy & Research Analyst for its new Research & Strategy Wing in India. This role is ideal for a BBA/MBA graduate with 1–2 years’ startup or consulting experience, who is eager to blend market analysis, user research, and competitor intelligence with a grounding in AI and digital technologies.

You will not just analyze markets; you’ll validate ideas with real users, track competitors, and translate findings into actionable insights. This role requires comfort with ambiguity, a passion for testing assumptions, and the drive to shape early-stage innovation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct structured user research

  : design and run interviews, surveys, and mock user journeys to validate assumptions.

• Analyze competitors

   in AI, automation, and digital services: their business models, strengths, weaknesses, and gaps.

• Prepare market intelligence reports

   tracking trends, regulations, and emerging opportunities.

• Design validation experiments

   (e.g., fake door tests, landing pages, A/B surveys) to measure user interest and willingness to adopt.

• Build business frameworks

   (market sizing, ROI models, pricing analysis) to inform leadership decisions.

• Collaborate with AI researchers

   to align market pull with technical feasibility.

• Act as an internal challenger

  : stress-test product directions, highlight risks, and push for evidence-based decisions.

• Synthesize insights

   into concise presentations for leadership and cross-functional teams.

Requirements

• BBA/MBA (required).
• 1–2 years’ experience in startup, consulting, or early-stage product strategy roles is a pre.
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills.
• Comfort with data (Excel/Sheets, survey tools, basic analytics).
• Good to have: background or coursework in Computer Science, AI/ML, or Engineering.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Minimum of 3 days working from our Bangalore Office.
