Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Problem Solver - Market and User Analyst. You will be responsible for conducting market, user, and product research and analysis, developing insights, and communicating findings to guide business and product strategies at Oak Titanium. Daily tasks include gathering and analyzing market data, monitoring industry trends, and providing actionable recommendations, setting up and conducting user validations, deep competitor analysis, and presenting results to management. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to align strategies and improve decision-making.

Qualifications

• Market Analysis and Market Research skills
• User validation through user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.
• Deep competitive analysis of products and platforms
• Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
• Master of Business Administration (MBA)
• Excellent Communication skills
• Willing to work on-site in our Bangalore office
• Experience in a startup environment and/or early-stage scale-ups.
