Key Responsibilities: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical (e.g., cybersecurity experts, software engineers, DevOps engineers) and management roles across multiple global locations. Develop and implement innovative and proactive global sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates, including passive talent, leveraging various channels (e.g., professional networks, social media, direct outreach, referrals, recruitment agencies). Partner closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, develop compelling job descriptions, and establish effective interview processes. Conduct thorough candidate screenings, interviews (virtual and in-person), and assessments to evaluate skills, experience, and cultural fit. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and professional engagement at every stage of the process. Negotiate complex offers with candidates, considering global compensation benchmarks and internal equity. Utilize and maintain the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) with a high degree of accuracy and timeliness. Stay abreast of global talent market trends, employment laws, and recruitment best practices to ensure compliance and competitive advantage. Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs. Contribute to employer branding initiatives to position Oak Titanium as an employer of choice globally. Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities and metrics to stakeholders. Required Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of progressive recruitment experience, with a significant focus on global hiring for both technical and management/leadership positions. Proven track record of successfully sourcing, attracting, and hiring candidates in competitive global markets. Exceptional verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with candidates and stakeholders at all levels. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex searches simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting processes and best practices. Requirements Must-Have 10+ years of progressive experience in Application Security, with at least 3 years in a strategic/architect-level role. Deep understanding of security frameworks: OWASP SAMM, OWASP ASVS, STRIDE, PASTA, and NIST 800-53. Hands-on experience with security tools across the SDLC: SAST, DAST, SCA, IAST, RASP. Strong grasp of secure architecture principles, cloud-native security (Azure/AWS/GCP), and API security. Demonstrated ability to lead AppSec strategy development and maturity assessments.
