• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to optimize outreach efforts. 

• Follow up with prospects via brief phone calls to gauge interest, answer questions, and build relationships. 

• Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and responses in our CRM system. 

• Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaign strategies.

Skill Set Required:

• Experience with data mining and list building techniques. 

• Strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools. 

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 

• Ability to conduct professional and engaging follow-up calls. 

• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
