Market Outreach Specialist

You will be joining IMS nHance, an offshore marketing services organization based in Ahmedabad, as a full-time Market Outreach Specialist. Your primary responsibilities will include reaching out to potential clients and candidates, conducting research, and ensuring effective communication and community outreach. You will also be involved in customer service tasks and writing engaging content to support outreach efforts. The ideal candidate for this role will be proactive and detail-oriented. You will be responsible for sourcing and mining contact information, executing targeted email marketing campaigns, and following up with prospects through brief calls to nurture leads and drive engagement. Your key responsibilities will include conducting data mining to identify potential clients, designing and sending out compelling email marketing campaigns, monitoring campaign performance metrics, following up with prospects via phone calls, maintaining accurate records in the CRM system, and collaborating with the marketing team to refine messaging and campaign strategies. To excel in this role, you should have experience with data mining and list building techniques, a strong understanding of email marketing platforms and tools, excellent written and verbal communication skills, the ability to conduct professional follow-up calls, strong organizational skills, and prior experience in marketing, sales, or outreach would be a plus.,
