Market Development Manager

As a Marketing Manager in the region, your primary responsibility is to oversee and develop marketing strategies. You will be expected to make key decisions related to planning and budgeting, as well as lead the execution of both ATL and BTL activities in the region, state, or city. Additionally, you will be in charge of managing sponsorships for regional activities. Your key responsibilities and accountabilities will include: - Driving regional brand marketing activities and providing support for their execution. - Creating proposals for trade marketing activities and presenting them to the regional and HO teams. - Tracking the performance of each marketing activity and submitting reports to the region and HO teams. - Monitoring the budget utilization of the region. - Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams such as Finance, Regional Sales, and HO Brand & Trade Marketing. - Identifying new opportunities for branding and trade marketing initiatives. - Supporting the region team and visiting various markets to understand their requirements. - Ensuring the availability of marketing materials in the market by leading the geography expansion strategy for the portfolio. Some key challenges you may face in achieving your goals include: - Understanding and knowledge of the alcoholic beverage industry. - Sensitivity to the highly regulated nature of the industry. - Process orientation to ensure compliance with internal and global processes. Qualifications and Memberships required for this role include: - MBA in Marketing. Experience: - Manager: 8+ years with at least 6+ years in core brand marketing.,
