Responsibilities:-

  • Working closely with the CM in the initial period to help build and drive own knowledge of Beauty & Care market (preparation phase)
  • Taking full ownership for the client reporting process including preparation of materials, ensuring all deliverables are 100% accurate and delivered to schedule and analysing the data to provide our client base with truly actionable insights.
  • Checking data movements and quality by comparing results from previous deliverables and applying market knowledge
  • Act as one of the key day to day contacts within the global team, working closely with the rest of the team (local and global) to ensure contacts are satisfied with the deliverables and servicing provided by the client service team.
  • Be alert to changing market and client conditions, show flexibility in approach, adaptability in pressured circumstances and continuously strive to achieve a result
  • Ownership of the production of quarterly reports, working internally to ensure the correct and timely delivery of agreed template and results
  • Have the ability to do desk research on Beauty & Care categories to build success cases and recognize key communication of the product/brands identified from the analysis.
  • Work with CM on on-going data testing, data checking and database management
  • Ability to access, check, use Powerview, PowerBi, and potentially WPO to run the analysis and understand the data structure to design templates for the client.
  • Day to day management of basic ad-hoc data requests from the client.
  • Support CM in building strong client relationships to ensure account retention as well as incremental business within the account (including on site working where required)
  • Work collaboratively within the account across the UK, USA and Asia teams, ensuring effective internal communication (sharing insights, client issues, escalating data problems etc…)
  • Enjoy working in an international environment where clear, concise communication skills and cultural awareness is essential

What You'll Bring to Numerator

Qualification:-

  • Over 4 years of relevant experience is required.
  • An understanding of or keen interest in the FMCG industry
  • Confident communication skills (verbal and written) to create network of contacts and present key work to different stakeholders
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key onshore stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw actionable conclusions from the data
  • Highly organised and ability to manage changing priorities and workload
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Exceptional attention to detail and comfortable working with large data sets
  • Well organised with strong time management.
  • Experienced on Powerview, and should also have experience with Power BI.
  • Strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint will be valuable, especially if they know how to work flexibly with the tools.
