We are looking for an experienced Market Analyst to lead market research, gather insights, and bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-depth market research within the metal scrap trading industry. Identify challenges, pain points, and operational gaps faced by businesses. Engage directly with industry stakeholders to collect data and feedback. Prepare detailed market analysis reports and presentations. Work closely with the software development team to translate business needs into product requirements. Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and industry experts. Support the sales team with market intelligence to drive business growth. Required Skills & Qualifications Minimum 5 years of experience in market research, sales, or business analysis. Strong knowledge of B2C sales and market research methodologies. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Ability to work independently and conduct on-field surveys/interviews. Experience in sales coordination, analytics, and documentation. Prior exposure to the metals & mining or scrap trading industry will be a strong advantage.
