Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Market Analyst to research market conditions, analyze data, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will interpret market trends, customer behavior, and competitive dynamics to help drive business growth. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities Analyze quantitative and qualitative data from internal and external sources Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and product offerings Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations with actionable insights Support marketing, sales, and product teams with data-driven recommendations Forecast market demand and evaluate the performance of products or campaigns Maintain and update market databases and research tools Required QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field Proven experience in market research, data analysis, or a similar role Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Excel and data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or similar) Ability to interpret data and communicate insights clearly Strong attention to detail and time-management skills Preferred QualificationsExperience with statistical analysis or research methodologies Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing analytics tools Familiarity with industry-specific market dynamics Advanced degree or relevant certification is a plus Key SkillsMarket research & competitive analysis Data visualization & reporting Critical thinking Communication & presentation skills Strategic planning
