Job Description

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic and Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will design and develop visually appealing digital and print materials, manage website layout and updates, and ensure brand consistency across all online and offline platforms. You’ll collaborate with marketing, content, and development teams to bring creative concepts to life. Design and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, ads, brochures, presentations, and email templates. Design, update, and maintain company websites using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress, Webflow, or Shopify). Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for new website pages and landing pages. Ensure UI/UX best practices are followed for optimal user experience and accessibility. Collaborate with marketing and development teams to translate business goals into visually engaging designs. Optimize graphics and website elements for performance and SEO. Maintain brand consistency across all visual outputs. Stay updated on industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies. QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Web Design, Visual Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience). Experience: 2–5 years of proven experience as a Graphic and/or Web Designer. Technical Skills: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD, InDesign) or Figma. Website design and CMS platforms (WordPress, Webflow, Shopify, etc.). Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus. Familiarity with responsive design and cross-browser compatibility. Soft Skills: Strong visual, creative, and communication skills. Attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines. Team player with a proactive attitude.
