Salary:

₹20,000/month + ₹5,000 performance-based incentive

Job Overview

We are looking for a detail-oriented

Manual Software Tester

who will also support the daily operations of our

e-commerce platform

. This is a hybrid role involving both

software QA responsibilities

and

day-to-day website coordination

— ideal for someone who is structured, tech-savvy, and eager to learn.

Key Responsibilities

Manual Software Testing

  • Write and execute test cases for web and mobile applications
  • Identify, report, and track bugs using internal tools
  • Perform regression and usability testing
  • Coordinate with the development team for fixes and re-tests
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards

E-commerce Website Coordination

  • Manage product orders, updates, and customer inquiries
  • Monitor seller payments and resolve transaction discrepancies
  • Coordinate with sellers to ensure timely order fulfillment
  • Send daily updates to customers and sellers via WhatsApp
  • Ensure product listings and inventory are accurate

Requirements

  • 0–2 years of experience in manual testing or e-commerce
  • Good understanding of the software testing process
  • Basic knowledge of websites and admin dashboards
  • Comfortable with Excel, Google Sheets, and WhatsApp Web
  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills
  • Fluent in English and Hindi (verbal and written)

Bonus Skills (Nice To Have)

  • Knowledge of Shopify, WooCommerce, or similar platforms
  • Familiarity with bug tracking tools like Trello, Jira, or GitHub Issues

Growth Opportunity

  • Exposure to both technical QA and business-side operations
  • Learn product workflows, customer behavior, and operations
  • Potential to grow into QA Lead or E-commerce Ops Lead role
