Job Title: QA Engineer/Senior QA Engineer Location: WFO Gurugram Experience Level: 2–5 years Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Manual QA Engineer to join our Quality Assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong grasp of test case writing, API testing, and debugging, along with a working knowledge of databases and modern productivity tools including AI-based solutions. Key Responsibilities: 1. Write comprehensive and well-structured test cases based on requirements and user stories. 2. Execute manual test cases and log defects using JIRA or equivalent tools. 3. Perform data validation in MongoDB to ensure backend accuracy. 4. Conduct thorough REST API testing using tools like Postman, Swagger, or equivalent. 5. Collaborate with developers and other team members to debug issues and ensure high-quality releases. 6. Identify and report potential security vulnerabilities (security testing experience is a plus). 7. Leverage AI tools to improve testing productivity and reduce manual effort. 8. Collaborate in agile teams and actively participate in requirement analysis, sprint planning, and retrospectives. Show more Show less
