Own end-to-end quality for web and mobile applications
Create detailed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios
Perform functional, regression, integration, UI/UX, smoke, and exploratory testing
Identify edge cases, requirement gaps, and usability issues
Validate fixes and ensure timely defect closure
Mentor junior QA engineers and define QA best practices
Participate in sprint planning, grooming, and release discussions
Strong product thinking and attention to detail
Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills
API testing experience (Postman or similar tools)
Exposure to automation testing tools (Selenium, Appium, Cypress, Playwright)
Basic understanding of SQL
Experience with performance or security testing
Prior experience mentoring QA team members
