Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

QA Engineer

with strong expertise in

manual testing of Web, Mobile applications, and APIs

, along with exposure to

test automation

. The candidate should be comfortable working independently in an

Agile environment

, possess excellent communication skills, and take full ownership of quality deliverables.

Responsibilities:

Perform
manual testing
for Web, Mobile, and API applications
Design, execute, and maintain
automation test scripts
(UI/API)
Participate in
Agile ceremonies
and project discussions
Analyse requirements and create
test cases, test data, and test plans
Identify, log, track, and
triage defects
using bug tracking tools
Provide
daily/weekly status updates
on testing progress
Take
end-to-end ownership
of assigned QA tasks
Support releases beyond business hours when required
Follow organizational
processes and quality standards

Required Skills:

5+ years of experience in
Software Testing
Strong experience in
Web & Mobile testing
Experience in
API testing
Exposure to
UI/API automation tools
(Selenium, Cypress, Playwright, RestAssured, etc.)
Good understanding of
Agile/Scrum methodology
Excellent
English communication skills
(verbal & written)
Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with
bug tracking tools
(JIRA or similar)

Nice to Have:

Retail domain testing experience
Knowledge of
SQL
Experience with CI/CD pipelines
