We’re seeking an experienced CMMI Consultant to guide and support our organisation through all phases of CMMI implementation – from process definition to appraisal readiness.

This is a flexible, advisory role, perfect for professionals who are passionate about quality process frameworks and can offer on-demand expertise during key project milestones.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

Provide strategic consulting and subject matter expertise on CMMI.

Review and validate processes and documentation prepared by our team.

Conduct internal mock assessments and readiness checks.

Identify compliance gaps and recommend corrective action plans.

Support preparation for external SCAMPI appraisals.

Participate in key workshops, meetings, and reviews on a flexible basis.

✅ Qualifications

Certified CMMI Consultant/Appraiser or equivalent hands-on experience.

5+ years of experience in CMMI implementation and auditing.

Strong knowledge of CMMI-DEV and/or CMMI-SVC models.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
