Job Description

Role & responsibilities

Job Title:

Location:

CMMI Implementation Manager / Process Excellence Consultant

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct
Gap Analysis
and assess current processes vs CMMI requirements.
Prepare and maintain
SOPs, policies, work instructions, and templates
.
Facilitate
process adoption
across Agile, Waterfall, DevOps, and other SDLCs.
Conduct
internal training
and drive process awareness across teams.
Define, track, and analyze
metrics (PPB, PPM, defect density, project health)
.
Conduct
internal audits
, prepare projects for external CMMI appraisal, and coordinate with Lead Appraisers.
Implement
continuous improvement initiatives
post-certification.

Skills & Expertise:

Strong knowledge of
CMMI (DEV, SVC, ACQ)
and appraisal methodology.
Experience with
ISO 9001, TL 9000, Six Sigma, Agile/SAFe/DevOps practices
.
Process documentation & reporting
, metrics tracking, and dashboards creation.
Tools:
Excel (VBA), SharePoint, JIRA, Rally, Minitab
.
Excellent
leadership, communication, and training skills
.

Education & Certifications:

Bachelors or Masters in
Engineering, Management, or Quality/Operations
.
Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, SAFe, CMMI Institute training
(preferred).
