Qualification

Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical / Civil / Industrial Engineering) -
Mandatory
Post Graduate or MBA -
Added Advantage
Certifications in
Lean Six Sigma, QMS, IMS
Proficiency in process flowcharting and analytical tools such as
Visio, Power BI
, etc.

Experience

7 to 15 years
of experience in a related industry
Exposure to International Standards and Excellence Models such as
Deming, Deming Grand Prize, EFQM
, etc.
Certified Auditor for International Standards

Key Skills Competencies

Strong understanding of
End-to-End Process Architecture
and
Digital Process Manuals
Hands-on experience in implementing
Digital Process Architect
and
Document Change Management Systems
Good knowledge of problem-solving tools and techniques such as:
7 QC Tools
