Job Description

Required

- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field. - 5+ years of transformation execution experience with a proven track record of delivering transformational change initiatives within complex organizations. - Equivalent experience of a Consulting Manager of a management consulting organization. - Awareness of the strategic context for Astellas - Good project management skills, with the ability to manage small workstreams and deliver results within specified timelines and budgets - Good change management skills, consistent past delivery of varied types of projects in relevant areas of the business - Ability to recognize complex situations and use multiple formal and informal methods to find solutions, as well as the networking and influencing skills to drive change in senior and mid-level leaders - Ability to present complex issues to management and contribute to discussions in order to drive decision-making - Proven experience in executing change and managing resistance within an organization - Ability to navigate ambiguity and adapt to a rapidly changing business environment

Preferred

- Knowledge of pharmaceutical industry is preferable. - Knowledge of emerging technologies and digital transformation trends is preferable

Competency / Capability

- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certified / Black Belt Trained (mandatory) Expert level. - Business Process Management (BPM) Proficiency in process mapping tools (Adonis, Visio, Signavio, etc.) Advanced - Automation Digital Enablement Experience with automation (RPA, workflow tools, AI/ML) Proficient - Project Change Management Skills Hands-on experience in leading cross-functional improvement or transformation projects.
