- Understanding business objectives & designing surveys to discover

prospective customers preference

- Dealers, Distributor / Partnership Generation & Handling,

- Participation in major Domestic & International exhibitions and

generation of business.

- Business Growth & achieving profitability in this business vertical

- Secondary sales

- Product Costing with Management

- Co-ordinate with the internal team to ensure timely fulfilment of

products orders/services

- Raw Material Procurement & Inventory Co-ordination

Market Survey:

- Collecting data on consumers, competitors & marketplace &

consolidating information into actionable items, reports etc.

- Provide competitive analysis on various companies market offerings,

identify market trends, pricing/business models, sales & methods of

operations

Lead Generation:

- Convey summarized key findings from phone conversations / meetings

to the rest of the Marketing team to help refine marketing

communications

Client Servicing:

- Seek, process & execute client requests and product orders

- Answer queries regarding product/services, processes.

- Assist clients to use the products & services & keep them updated

about new products launched if any

- Collect feedback & resolve client complaints

MIS Reports:

- Tour report to be submitted after every tour to Senior Management,

Other Reports as asked by Management

- Client meeting minutes to be published via mail, maintain order book

trackers
