Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Manager for Legal & Liaison activities of the company .

Role & responsibilities

Regulatory Compliance:
Handling licenses, documentation, and legal formalities while supporting the company in regulatory and compliance matters.
Government Coordination:
Liaise with government departments, municipal authorities for approvals and issue resolution.
Legal Support:
Assist in handling penalties, disputes, and compliance-related concerns.
Contract Management :
Draft, review, and vet legal documents , review contracts across functions including master service agreements (MSA), service level agreements (SLA), and non-disclosure agreements (NDA).
Crisis Management:
Address issues related court cases , Insurance etc.

Requirements:

- LLB, LLM, or a related field advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience of 8-10 years of experience in liaising, regulatory affairs,

- Proven ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

- Ethical, reliable, and result-oriented professional.
