This is a leadership position responsible for maintaining global quality standards, driving continuous improvement, and leading QA/QC teams. Roles & Responsibilities: Manage and oversee quality assurance protocols for each fabric type, including Greige ,Dyed, Laminated, PVC-coated, . PU-coated and tensile fabrics. Define quality plans, inspection standards, and acceptance criteria for incoming material, in process stages, and finished goods. Spearhead the execution and validation of physical and chemical testing. Drive process improvements for consistency, performance, and durability of coated materials. Develop and standardise QA formats, dashboards, and quality KPIs. Collaborate with R&D and production teams to develop and stabilise new coated products Standardise coating processes and formulations to ensure repeatability and consistent product quality. Ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 standards across all operational processes. Lead and coordinate internal and external audits, manage non-conformity reports , and drive effective implementation of corrective and preventive actions using quality tools such as Pareto Analysis and 5-Why Analysis. Lead and mentor the QA/QC team, ensuring skill enhancement and accountability. Handle customer complaints and quality escalations with root cause analysis and permanent corrective actions. Candidate Profile: B.Tech/B.E. in Textile Chemistry , Chemical Engineering , BSc / MSc in Chemistry (mandatory) 12-15 years of relevant experience in quality management within the textile industry, specifically in coated fabric.
