Business Development Executive (International Sales)

We are seeking an energetic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive who specializes in generating and closing international leads. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in global lead generation, client communication, and converting overseas prospects into long-term business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate international leads through outbound and inbound channels (email, LinkedIn, calls, portals)

• Identify and approach potential clients across global markets

• Qualify leads and convert them into sales opportunities

• Conduct virtual meetings and presentations with international clients

• Prepare proposals, quotations, and follow-ups for overseas prospects

• Build and maintain strong relationships with international clients

• Achieve monthly and quarterly international lead and revenue targets

• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery

• Maintain accurate records in CRM and share regular performance reports

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in international lead generation / business development

• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English mandatory)

• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email outreach, and CRM tools

• Understanding of global markets, time zones, and cross-cultural communication

• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset

• Graduation in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
