Job Description

Manager/Sr. Manager Security Risk & Compliance - Bangalore

What You Will Own

Risk Management & Governance for Tallys suite of cloud based connected and access services, including design & administration of guardrails around potential liabilities arising from Tally customers financial transactions.
Cloud Security Oversight (primarily on AWS Environment, also multi cloud)
Regulatory & Compliance Management
Governance & Reporting

Experience You Should Bring

Experience in risk management, governance, or compliance roles within fintech, banking, or cloud-centric organizations, preferably in product or fully hosted service based organizations
Demonstrable expertise in AWS security tools, architectures, and best practices.
In-depth knowledge of Indian financial sector regulations (RBI, SEBI, IT Act, etc); experience handling audits and regulatory inspections in the financial sector.
Relevant certifications (preferred): CISSP, CISM, AWS Certified Security Specialty, CRISC, CISA.

What You Will Be Doing

Deep understanding of cloud-native security principles and AWS best practices.
Solid grasp of risk frameworks (NIST, ISO, COBIT) and regulatory mandates.
Ability to bridge business needs with technical security implementation.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills; analytical thinking with a proactive and hands-on approach to solving problems.
