Job Description

Assign Customs-Harmonized Tariff Schedule (HTS/HS) & Export Control (ECCN) classifications of products. Maintain documentation to support the ECCN/ HTS classification assigned.
• Involvement in cross functional Projects. • Identify duty reduction opportunities. • Lead HTS & ECCN Review Projects. • Lead M & A From Classification (HTS/ECCN) perspective. • Handling Customs Queries and provide write for product classification assistance to support regional trade compliance team. • Act as advisor for compliance and trade cost efficiencies. • Provide training to business on Classification processes and overall trade compliance. • Conduct periodic document reviews for accuracy of trade/classification data.
