Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading and managing client accounting, financial compliance, tax management, and financial control functions. Your expertise in accounting standards, taxation laws, and regulatory compliance will drive financial integrity and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, including AP/AR, GL, reconciliations, and month-end/year-end closings. - Manage financial reporting in accordance with Indian GAAP, Ind AS, and IFRS standards. - Lead client accounting services ensuring timely and accurate financial deliverables. - Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, including GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other regulatory obligations. - Manage internal and external audits, liaising with auditors and regulatory bodies. - Develop and enforce robust internal controls and financial governance processes. - Supervise tax planning, computation, filing of returns, and assessments. - Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, variance analysis, and MIS reports. - Lead financial risk management and ensure strict adherence to financial policies. - Drive process improvements and automation initiatives in finance operations. - Mentor and develop a high-performing accounting and finance team. - Support strategic decision-making through financial insights and analysis.
