Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for Sales and Business Development at Paysquare Consultancy Ltd. located in Pune. The Sales and Business Development professional will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, managing client relationships, conducting sales presentations, and negotiating contracts. The role involves identifying potential clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to meet their payroll and compliance requirements. Additionally, the professional will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute sales strategies, conduct market research, and provide feedback on market trends.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Sales and Sales Management
• Ability to conduct Training and mentor team members
• Strong negotiation and contract management skills
• Experience in the payroll or compliance industry is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
