Overview Of The Role

As a Manager Development Engineering - FrontEnd Technologies, you will lead and manage multiple projects within an account or program, providing technical guidance to the leads and playing a key role in driving and designing project architecture. Additionally, you will manage client relationships, analyze complex business needs presented by the clients, and recommend technical solutions.

Job Responsibilities

Manage the team by setting clear goals, priorities, and expectations.
Architect and design scalable, maintainable, and reusable FrontEnd components and systems.
Evaluate and select the appropriate technology stack, frameworks, and development tools to ensure optimal performance, scalability, and maintainability of the application.
Accountable and responsible for providing solutions to any complex problem that arises during the project SDLC phase.
Participate in project planning, resource allocation, and timeline management to ensure timely delivery of projects.
Define, implement and drive best practices, coding standards, and architectural guidelines within the practice.
Manage project timelines, priorities, and resource allocations to ensure timely delivery of high-quality software.
Motivate team members to deliver high-quality work on time consistently.
Lead initiatives to optimize the performance of web applications, which can improve the user experience.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement by implementing agile development practices, conducting retrospectives, and applying lessons learned from each project.
Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in technologies.

Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Front End development with a minimum of 5+ years using React JS.
Hands-on experience with JS(ES6), HTML, SaaS, React JS, Responsive Web Design, Mobile Application Development, Micro-Application, Design & CSS Architecture, Solid Principles.
Proficient in using module bundlers like Webpack and implementing build optimization techniques to improve application performance.
Extensive experience with Micro Applications & Micro Services.
Experience in developing and enforcing coding standards, code reviews, and testing processes to maintain code quality.
Proficiency with accessibility standards is required.
Knowledge of other Frontend Frameworks/Libraries e.g. Backbone.js, Angular.js, Ember.js, Vue.js.
Knowledge of cloud platforms like AWS services or GCP.
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
