Overview of The Role As a Specialist- Talent Planning & Allocation, you will be responsible to review all the staffing parameters and collaborate with business to drive the metrics data research and reconciliation. You will act as the master of data management and reporting for the team. Job Responsibilities Well versed with all aspects of Workforce Management (Demand Forecasting; Fulfillment Planning; Bench Management; Governance and monitoring of unbilled hours; Skilling; Employee Rotation; Reporting and Analytics). Assess staffing requirements, develop a strategic staffing plan, and collaborate with key stakeholders (Business, Delivery, and Support Functions) to drive effective solutions. Assist in analyzing HR data and metrics to provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement. Collaborate in workforce planning activities with internal teams, working closely with various groups to understand business requirements, implement new processes, and contribute to ongoing process improvements. Utilize Workforce Management tools to manage capacity plans and staffing compliance. Recommend strategies for talent development, employee training programs, and succession planning. Skills & Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Education, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in talent planning and allocation and aligning talent to business needs for improved performance and growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with candidates and stakeholders. Capable of working both independently and as part of a team, as needed.
