Position:- Manager

Department:- Operations (New Business)

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit at partner location to do process audits and training.
  • Good knowledge of excel and power point to do presentation on VM process.
  • Team player to manage in-house and outsource partner team.
  • Outsourcing of in house activity at partner location.
  • Automation of existing process to reduce the departmental cost.
  • Partner agreement creation and renewal.
  • New partner on-boarding and evaluation.
  • Partner billing and recon on monthly processing.

Skills / experience required;

  • Experience in vendor engagement, billing, audit and agreements
  • Should have good knowledge of excel and power point.
  • Should have experience in team handling
  • Experience in Life insurance process and products.
  • Should have experience in training, audit, presentation, negotiation skill.
