Manager Transaction Services

As a Global Transaction Banking Sales - Cash and Trade professional in Bangalore, your role involves leading the origination of new clients, cross-selling, and growing the existing portfolio for Transaction Banking Solutions. You will focus on Trade Finance (including Documentary Trade, Open Account Trade, Buyer & Supplier Finance) and Cash Management with an emphasis on digital solutions. Key Responsibilities: - Effectively manage and grow the existing customer portfolio - Grow the bank's market share by acquiring new business - Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders like Coverage RMs, GTS Product Teams, Implementation Team, Service, Operations, Legal & Compliance, etc. - Network with colleagues in overseas branches to deepen existing regional client relationships and identify new opportunities - Maintain a sound risk and credit mindset to manage portfolio triggers, guide new client selection, and ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and regulations - Be solution-oriented to build lasting client relationships focusing on digital solutions - Manage pipeline efficiently and take ownership of the portfolio - Analyze, maintain, and share suitable MIS for business metrics - Engage with operations and sales to enhance customer service model - Identify and address system and process gaps in partnership with trade operations - Review new roll-outs post-implementation and take necessary actions Qualifications: - Preferably a CA or MBA Core Competencies: - Ability to conceptualize and implement new ideas effectively - Strong communication and persuasive skills - Team player with the ability to collaborate across teams and functions - Commercially oriented with a structured approach to achieving targets - In-depth knowledge of GTS Solutions, trade finance, cash management, legal compliance, and tax issues - Understanding of front and back-office processes and client needs - Well-versed with RBI regulations and general regulatory environment in India Technical Competencies: - Sound knowledge of local and international trade regulations and best practices - Familiarity with RBI regulations governing banks and trade/cash products In your role, you will closely collaborate with Business unit RMs, T&O, and other support units like Credit, Legal & Compliance, and Finance to drive business growth and ensure operational efficiency.,
