Role Purpose

Responsible for operations & implementation of Performance Management related interventions such as driving & executing Goal setting, Mid-year review, Annual performance review, development plans & other PMS operations activities.

Role Accountability

• Support the implementation of performance management, processes, and tools. Support and maintain high potential career development program processes, procedures, tools, and guidelines/framework
• Contribute to driving PMS-related activities
• Maintain repository of PMS-related documents
• Provide ongoing support to ensure that performance management systems are being used to effectively manage operations work processes
• Support in conducting Assessment Centers for senior management level promotions/development
• Coordinate work closely with appropriate stakeholders to drive PMS
• Support in managing employee concerns, clarifications and issues for PMS process & portal related support
• Develop self, and work effectively with different teams and diverse population
