About The Team

The People & Culture team at The Nudge helps in acquiring and nurturing the right talent to meet the organization&aposs objectives. By being part of this team, join us on an unique opportunity to build the People & Culture function of a rapidly growing organization which is solving some of the toughest problems in India.

What will you do

  • Lead the talent acquisition strategy focusing on lateral, campus hiring and bulk hiring initiatives to meet organizational growth plans.
  • Design and execute end to end recruitment processes targeted at large scale hiring campaigns.
  • Partner with academic institutions, placement cells, and external agencies to establish and strengthen campus hiring pipelines.
  • Collaborate with People & Culture leadership to align talent acquisition strategies with overall organizational objectives.
  • Develop innovative sourcing strategies and employer branding campaigns to attract diverse and high-potential candidates.
  • Use data analytics and recruitment metrics for continuous improvement of processes and outcomes.
  • Ensure seamless candidate experience and compliance with hiring policies.
  • Build and nurture internal and external stakeholder relationships including hiring managers and institutional partners.

Who are we looking for in this role

  • Bachelors degree in any subject
  • 7-10 years of experience in talent acquisition, with strong expertise in campus and bulk hiring
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale hiring projects end-to-end
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, including coaching and developing talent acquisition professionals
  • Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, and communication skills
  • Deep passion for solving complex people problems
  • Creative thinking to continuously develop and optimize processes and enhance employee experience
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Analytical mindset comfortable using data to drive hiring decisions
  • Ability to think creatively and innovate talent attraction and engagement approaches
  • Ability to influence internal and external stakeholder relationships
  • Ability to plan and execute projects independently
