About the team: The Talent Acquisition team at The/Nudge solves for the most critical challenge the development sector faces, finding passionate individuals to tackle the greatest human development challenge of our times. At The/Nudge, you will: Lead end-to-end talent acquisition efforts for a set of roles assigned to you (managing application tracking system, posting jobs, sourcing candidates, screening high-potential candidates, interviewing, coordinating interviews with other panelists, rolling out offers, etc.) Understand and drive our current field hiring process and establish a robust field hiring strategy Work with leadership and all program teams to understand their hiring needs and help them in recruiting Identify and mobilize avenues that will help us source high-potential talent Understand the hiring principles/framework of The/Nudge and implement the hiring process for the candidates Apply if you have: 3-7 years of work experience in Talent Acquisition A bachelor s degree in any subject Passion towards bringing in and developing great talent for the development sector A strong outcome orientation and the ability to drive critical results within specific timelines Creative thinking abilities to bring continuous development/innovation to optimize processes and to create the best experience for candidates Exceptional verbal and written communication skills The ability to work both independently and in a team, when required Intermediate skills with data analysis in MS Excel /Google Sheets .
