Job description Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Manager to oversee our reporting processes, stakeholder management initiatives, and BPO hiring within a non-IT context. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate and timely reporting, fostering strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and managing the hiring and team handling processes for our BPO operations. Key Responsibilities: Reporting: Develop and maintain comprehensive reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and project milestones. Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders. Ensure data accuracy and integrity in all reports. Analyze data to identify trends and provide actionable insights. Stakeholder Management: Develop and implement strategies for effective stakeholder engagement. Serve as the primary point of contact for all stakeholder inquiries and communications. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and community leaders. Facilitate regular stakeholder meetings and ensure feedback is incorporated into project planning and execution. Project Management: Oversee project timelines and ensure deliverables are met. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration. Identify and mitigate project risks and issues. End-to-End Experience (Non-IT): Manage end-to-end processes in non-IT projects, ensuring seamless execution from initiation to completion. Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet objectives. Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. BPO Hiring: Develop and execute hiring strategies for BPO operations. Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make hiring decisions. Collaborate with HR to ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires. Maintain a talent pipeline to meet future staffing needs. Team Handling: Lead and manage BPO teams to ensure high performance and productivity. Provide training, mentorship, and support to team members. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback. Foster a positive and collaborative team environment. Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in reporting, stakeholder management, BPO hiring, or a related role within a non-IT context. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools. Skills & Abilities: Strategic planning and execution. Advanced communication and negotiation skills. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Proficiency in project management software and tools. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
