Manager - Sustainability

As the Sustainability Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and overseeing the company's sustainability initiatives and strategies. Your responsibilities will include working across departments to promote environmental, social, and economic sustainability within the organization. Your primary focus will be to ensure the company's compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards while advancing its sustainability goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement sustainability strategies aligned with the company's mission, vision, and values. - Set measurable goals and targets for sustainability initiatives. - Lead and manage sustainability projects from inception to completion. - Coordinate with various departments to integrate sustainability practices. - Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and industry standards. - Keep abreast of new regulations and industry trends. - Develop and implement CSR initiatives that align with sustainability goals. - Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to promote sustainability initiatives. - Collect, analyze, and report data on sustainability metrics. - Optimize resource use to reduce waste and increase efficiency. - Prepare sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainability, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is preferred. - Certification in Sustainability (e.g., LEED, ISO 14001) is a plus. - Proven experience in sustainability management or a related field. - Strong knowledge of environmental regulations and sustainability best practices. - Expertise in Environmental Compliance and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR). - Experience in preparing and completing business annual reports. - Strong knowledge of ESG criteria and BRSR. - Excellent project management and organizational skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders. - Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
