Who is the Strategy Team?
A crack team of high potential individuals driving massive value creation through shaping of the strategic agenda. We at the global strategy team drive the transformation – working closely with the CEO and Leadership Team, we are responsible for taking on the toughest problems across functions, geographies and brands. What impact will you create?
- Set the strategic direction: Shape strategic direction for key parts of the overall portfolio, towards unlocking longer term value creation E.g. Long-term roadmap, Go-to-market strategy, Business transformation roadmap, Org design, M&A strategy, etc.
- Drive business impact: End-to-end partnering with business teams to translate strategy to on-ground business impact
- Broad-based business exposure: Areas of work
- Across different objectives – growth vs. operational turnaround
- Across different functional topics – portfolio, marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR
- Across different markets
- Consumer & Business insighting: Analyzing business & consumer data, framing actionable insights & leveraging to strengthen business direction
- Senior Stakeholder partnering & influencing: Be a key business advisor & partner to senior leadership; Influence the leadership on a day-to-day basis towards driving business direction
Who are we looking for?
Key Skills -
- Excellent analytical reasoning, critical thinking, spoken and written communication
- Strong interpersonal and project management skills - to work across cross-functional teams
- Ability to work strategically and collaboratively across functions, businesses and geographies
Qualifications
- Strong academic background, with an MBA from a Top Tier B-School OR chartered accountant with all levels cleared in the first attempt and rank holder
Experience
-2 to 4 years of experience working with leading management consulting firms (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, AT Kearney, Accenture). FMCG experience preferable, but not necessary.ORCAs with
- Strong articleship / industrial training experience in a reputed firm,
- Post qualification work experience of 2 to 4 years in top tier organizations
