Job Description

Set the strategic direction: Shape strategic direction for key parts of the overall portfolio, towards unlocking longer term value creation E.g. Long-term roadmap, Go-to-market strategy, Business transformation roadmap, Org design, M&A strategy, etc.
Drive business impact: End-to-end partnering with business teams to translate strategy to on-ground business impact
Broad-based business exposure: Areas of work
- Across different objectives growth vs. operational turnaround
- Across different functional topics portfolio, marketing, sales, operations, finance, HR
- Across different markets
Consumer & Business insighting: Analyzing business & consumer data, framing actionable insights & leveraging to strengthen business direction
Senior Stakeholder partnering & influencing: Be a key business advisor & partner to senior leadership; Influence the leadership on a day-to-day basis towards driving business direction
