Role Overview

We are seeking a highly driven and consultative Business Development & Partnerships Manager to drive SaaS sales growth by targeting HR Heads, CHROs, Talent Acquisition Leaders, and large enterprise recruiters.

This is a strategic sales role responsible for identifying new business opportunities, creating partnerships with large organisations, building CXO relationships, and closing SaaS subscription deals that align with the clients digital transformation goals.

Key Responsibilities

???? Strategic Business Development

  • Identify and target large corporations, HR consulting firms, and staffing partners with high hiring volumes
  • Build a strong lead pipeline through direct outreach, networking, referrals, events, and online lead gen

???? Solution Selling

  • Understand client pain points in recruitment, onboarding, and workforce management
  • Present Kaam.coms SaaS suite (ATS, CRM, HRMS, onboarding tools) as an integrated solution
  • Deliver product demos, prepare proposals, and co-create ROI-focused sales narratives

???? Stakeholder Management

  • Engage and influence CHROs, HR Directors, Talent Heads, and Procurement Teams
  • Manage long sales cycles with enterprise clients from discovery to decision-making

???? Revenue Ownership

  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets for subscriptions and platform revenue
  • Track deal pipeline, conversions, and renewals using CRM tools
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and customer success teams to drive adoption

???? Partnerships & Alliances

  • Forge alliances with HR Tech platforms, ERPs, staffing agencies, and industry bodies (e.g. NASSCOM, SHRM)
  • Represent Kaam.com at HR and recruitment events, webinars, and conferences

Ideal Candidate Profile

???? Qualifications & Experience

  • 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales, HR Tech, ATS/CRM, or enterprise software experience
  • Prior experience selling to CHROs, HR Heads, or large recruitment teams is a must
  • Strong understanding of the Indian HR ecosystem and hiring challenges
  • Demonstrated success in managing a full sales cycle from prospecting to closure

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
  • Consultative approach with strong business acumen
  • High ownership, target orientation, and ability to work autonomously
  • Strong relationship-building with C-level stakeholders
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, proposal building, and sales dashboards
  • Team handling and motivating them to perform
  • Freshers and lesser experienced candidates may as well apply if you feel you have the instinct to grow in a fast paced atmostphere.
