• Leadership and Strategic Planning:

• Oversee the entire product development lifecycle from ideation to commercialization.
• Work closely with R&D teams to conceptualize, design, and develop innovative products.
• Ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet quality standards.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration:
• Foster collaboration between various departments, including R&D, manufacturing, marketing, and sales.
• Facilitate effective communication and information sharing among team members.
• Work with other managers to ensure alignment of NPD activities with broader organizational strategies.
• Project Management:
• Develop and manage project plans, ensuring that milestones are achieved.
• Allocate resources appropriately to meet project goals.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges in the development process.
• Technological Expertise:
• Stay abreast of advancements in Vertical HPML technologies and related fields.
• Apply technical expertise to guide the team in overcoming technical challenges.
• Evaluate and implement new technologies that enhance product performance and competitiveness.
• Regulatory Compliance:
• Ensure that all new products comply with relevant industry regulations and standards.
• Work closely with regulatory affairs teams to facilitate approvals and certifications.
• Budget Management:
• Develop and manage budgets for NPD projects.
• Monitor expenditures to ensure projects are financially viable.
• Provide regular financial updates to senior management.
• Quality Assurance:
• Collaborate with quality control and assurance teams to establish and maintain high product quality standards.
• Implement quality control measures throughout the product development process.
• Market Analysis:
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
• Use market insights to inform product development strategies and decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in engineering, chemistry, or a related field.
• Extensive experience in product development, preferably in the Vertical HPML industry.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
• In-depth knowledge of high-pressure liquid chromatography technologies.
• Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the industry.
