Key Responsibilities:

·      Drive monthly and quarterly revenue and occupancy targets

·      Source leads through IPCs, brokers, referrals, networking, and online platforms

·      Manage the full sales cycle — tours, presentations, proposals, negotiations, and closures

·      Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, existing members, and broker partners

·      Coordinate with Marketing & Operations for lead generation, center readiness, and smooth client onboarding

·      Maintain accurate CRM updates, sales forecasts, and weekly performance reports

·      Stay updated on competitor activity and market trends to identify business opportunities

·      Provide timely support to members, addressing inquiries and ensuring a positive experience.

Required Qualifications:

·

·      Proven experience in sales of at least 7 years, preferably in the co-working industry

·      Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with a track record of closing deals

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, both verbal and written

·      Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

·      Knowledge of CRM software and sales management tools is a plus

·      Passion for customer service and creating memorable experiences for clients.
