Job Description

Position:

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Manager to lead sales for our luxury residential projects in Yamuna Expressway, Greater Noida. The ideal candidate will handle client interactions, drive revenue growth, and ensure exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Achieve sales targets through direct and channel sales.
Conduct site visits, client meetings, and deal closures.
Build and maintain relationships with HNI clients and Channel Partners.
Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities.

Desired Candidate:

Strong knowledge of the real estate industry (luxury residential preferred)
Prior experience of residential projects in Yamuna Expressway
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Sales, or Marketing.
