Key Responsibilities •

Technical Event Production: Lead the technical planning and execution of events, ensuring optimal performance in lighting, sound, video, staging, and rigging. • Event Management: Deliver and support a wide variety of events, including corporate, conferences, social and wedding events, ensuring quality and seamless execution. • Budget Management: Monitor and manage event budgets, ensuring financial responsibility, value for money, and adherence to budgetary constraints without sacrificing quality. • Team Leadership: Supervise and guide teams, offering mentorship, managing workloads, and fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment. • Work Planning & Prioritization: Plan and prioritize tasks effectively to ensure deadlines are met, and resources are utilized efficiently. • Communication: Communicate effectively with all departments, providing clear and concise updates both verbally and in writing. • Multitasking & Deadline Management: Handle multiple projects, deadlines, and conflicting priorities with ease, ensuring timely and high-quality event delivery.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience in technical event production, including proficiency in lighting, sound, video, staging, and rigging. • Demonstrated experience in delivering both regular and large-scale events. • Strong project management skills, with experience overseeing events from concept to completion. • Ability to collaborate effectively with a range of internal and external stakeholders. • Experience in managing event budgets, with a focus on financial responsibility and value for money. • Previous experience supervising and leading teams. • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a talent for managing multiple projects and deadlines. • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
