Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities Draft, vet, and execute commercial/legal agreements, vendor contracts, MOUs, NDAs, engagement letters, and referral agreements. Ensure end-to-end compliance with provisions of the Companies Act 2013. Communicate with the Board of Directors and Managing Director on compliance-related aspects. Ensure end-to-end compliance with provisions of the Companies Act 2013. Manage internal and external audit requirements. Oversee compliance and legal needs across all group entities. Provide legal counsel on corporate governance, securities law, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters. Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and legal documents. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with business operations. Ensure compliance with corporate governance standards and practices. Advise the board of directors on legal and compliance matters. Identify and mitigate legal risks associated with the company s business operations. Oversee the management of litigation, disputes, and investigations. Requirements: Graduate degree + CS Membership / LLB. 3-5 years of experience excluding internship period. Proven expertise in managing relationships with regulators. iStrong communication and leadership skills.
