Job Title: Sales Manager Government Projects (Manpower Outsourcing, Payroll Compliance & Liasioning) Location: Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh Employment Type: Full-Time About the Role: We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager with proven expertise in manpower outsourcing, payroll compliance , and liaisoning with Government departments . The role involves business development through Government channels, managing liasioning activities, ensuring compliance with applicable labour laws, and supporting tender-based business growth. Only candidates with relevant experience in Government liaisoning and B2G sales will be considered. Key Responsibilities: Identify and generate business opportunities with Government departments for manpower outsourcing, payroll processing, and statutory compliance services . Manage liaisoning activities with senior officials across various Government departments for smooth execution of contracts and approvals. Lead the tendering process – from identifying tenders and empanelment opportunities to preparing bids and submitting proposals. Represent the organization in official meetings, pre-bid conferences, and discussions with Government authorities. Maintain regular follow-up with Government offices for approvals, file movement, and policy updates relevant to manpower contracts. Ensure strict adherence to statutory compliance requirements (EPF, ESI, Minimum Wages, Contract Labour Act, etc.). Coordinate with internal departments including operations, legal, and finance to ensure timely execution of Government projects. Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders in Government institutions. Keep abreast of evolving Government policies, tender rules, labour laws, and outsourcing norms. Eligibility Criteria: Experience: Minimum of 8–10 years of experience in Government liaisoning and B2G sales , specifically in manpower outsourcing, payroll management, and statutory compliance services . Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, or related field. MBA or equivalent will be an added advantage. Skills Required: Strong network and experience working with Government departments at the state/district level. In-depth understanding of labour laws, tendering procedures , and statutory compliance requirements. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in documentation, tender writing, and MS Office. Ability to travel extensively across Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh . Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and target-driven.
